Enderchest vs Backblaze B2
Both are S3-compatible object storage aimed at backups and archives, and both work with rclone, restic, Kopia, Duplicati and a NAS. The differences are price, where the data sits, and what each charges for getting it back out.

What is the same
The S3 API with path-style addressing, keys with separate read and write scopes, multipart uploads, presigned links, and support in every backup tool that speaks S3. Either one takes a restic repository, a Kopia repository, a Synology Hyper Backup task or a Proxmox Backup Server datastore.
When Backblaze B2 is the better fit
You need a region in the United States, a published uptime SLA, or compliance reports for an auditor. Backblaze also integrates with CDNs for free egress at scale, which matters if you serve files to the public rather than keep copies.
When Enderchest is
You keep copies and restore them: backups, archives, media libraries, build artifacts. Enderchest costs less than half per terabyte, every download is free with no ratio to watch, and the first 50 GB on every account is free for as long as you like. Data is kept in Amsterdam, Netherlands, which is the choice for European customers and for anyone who wants their second copy on another continent from the first.
Try it with your own tool
Every account starts with 50 GB free and no card. Setup pages: rclone, restic, Kopia, Duplicati, Synology, TrueNAS, Proxmox Backup Server, Pterodactyl and more. Moving data in from another S3 provider is one rclone sync; the rclone page shows the remote.
