We do not inspect the data you store. In return, every customer must follow the rules below. We may suspend an account that breaks them without prior notice.
1. Prohibited content
You may not store, share or distribute through Enderchest:
- Child sexual abuse material, in any form. This is reported to the relevant authorities without exception.
- Content that is illegal to possess or distribute where you are or where we operate, including material that infringes copyright or other intellectual property when you have no right to store it.
- Malware, exploit kits, botnet command infrastructure, or anything built to compromise other systems.
- Content used for fraud, phishing, extortion, or the sale of stolen data or credentials.
- Personal data you have no lawful basis to hold, or data obtained by breaching another service.
- Content that incites violence, or that harasses, threatens or doxes a specific person.
2. Prohibited behaviour
- Using Enderchest as a public file host or CDN for mass distribution. Downloads of your own data are free; the service is not intended to serve public traffic.
- Sharing one account or its keys across many unrelated people or businesses to avoid paying for storage.
- Probing, scanning or testing the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfering with other customers' use of it.
- Circumventing storage limits, rate limits or suspension.
- Reselling the service under your own name without a written agreement with us.
3. Reporting abuse
If you believe content stored on Enderchest violates this policy or your rights, email [email protected] with the subject Abuse report. Include the exact link or bucket and key, what the problem is, and how we can reach you. For copyright complaints, include a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner. We acknowledge reports within two business days and act on credible ones promptly.
4. What we do when a rule is broken
- We may suspend uploads, downloads, share links or the whole account immediately.
- We may remove specific content and preserve evidence where the law requires it.
- We may terminate the account. Where the law allows and the content is not itself illegal, we give you a chance to download the rest of your data first.
- We report illegal material to the authorities where required.
- We may refuse future service to anyone who has been terminated for abuse.
5. Questions
If you are not sure whether a use is allowed, ask before you upload: [email protected].
